Our day-to-day work involves finding out the needs of investors who are active in the market: locations, investment volumes, expected returns, timeframes, etc. With this knowledge we can also advise during a sale by guiding our clients on the best way to present their product, through a coordinated and direct boutique action that minimises lead times and avoids overexposure in the market.
We assist with investment and divestment projects for real estate assets and portfolios by carrying out in-depth market, urban planning, financial and technical analyses.
CORPORATE FINANCE AND DEBT ADVISORY
We advise on the entire decision-making process, especially the development of financing structures for real estate projects by finding investment partners, mezzanine debt transactions, joint ventures and participation loans. We also advise on debt restructuring, and the purchase and sale of performing and non-performing debt, whether to developers, investors, funds, etc. Each transaction is unique, so we use our know-how to offer a boutique service, tailored to your needs. LAND AND TOWN PLANNING
With more than 25 years in the field of urban development management, we provide added value in both the planning and management phases (land redivision and urban development projects), and the performance of urban development building work. We do this not only from a technical and legal point of view, but with a business vision gained after more than a decade in management positions in large companies in the real estate sector. We place special emphasis on compliance with the business plans designed for an asset (milestones, schedule, investment budget, estimated returns, etc.).

Valuation of residential assets, from the perspective of both income-generating products (with or without CapEx) and value-added projects. Focus on freehold buildings, as well as on plots and land under development.
We apply ESG criteria in all stages of the asset lifecycle, including the process of identifying and selecting buildings or land, due diligence, negotiating the best terms, and closing a sale or lease.
LIVING – COLIVING
Feasibility analysis, conceptualisation and design of spaces, value estimation, finding financing and operator selection for projects and buildings for co-living, student residences, non-housing residential uses or senior co-living arrangements.
We advise and accompany clients throughout the process of identification, analysis and valuation of these kinds of transactions, as well as in searching for the best operator or investor for each one.
Hospitality
We carry out market research, feasibility studies for investments in tourist accommodation, conceptualisation and definition of hotel projects, strategic repositioning and use-change projects, value estimates, hotel due diligence services, mystery guests, and legal and business advice, among others.
We provide commercial services such as selecting operators and marketing assets for independent owners by supporting the expansion of new or established hotel chains, finding and raising capital, and marketing and outsourcing complementary facilities associated with hotels (restaurants, spas, cafeterias, etc.).
LOGISTICS – INDUSTRIAL
