3K Homes is our developer/marketer of residential projects in Spain.
We select residential projects, both ready for construction and under development by promoting and marketing both our own and third-party products.
More than 20 years of experience in new-builds allows us to comprehensively manage the entire value chain and make the best proposals.
To do this, first we study the market and potential demand, which enables us to define the best product, pricing and pace of sales. We plan the most suitable sales channels and start pre-marketing to confirm the strategy.
A direct marketing team, with experience in SEO, SEM and social network positioning, plus a unique metrics tracking and reporting system, enables us to analyse results and make exhaustive forecasts.
