A tourist apartment chain based in Barcelona commissioned us to help it grow throughout Spain. Acting as its expansion department, we found and managed the signing of eight complete buildings with almost one hundred flats with tourist licenses in the most sought-after areas of Madrid, Malaga and Barcelona. In addition to the economies of scale generated, this growth stoked the interest of several investor groups in supporting the chain’s growth and contributing capital.
