Feasibility study, conceptualisation and operator selection for two new hotels and a tourist apartment building on the Costa Daurada (Tarragona). An international company entrusted our firm with initial market research on the feasibility and conceptualisation of a project consisting of the development of a hotel in an urban area and another on the beachfront in Cambrils. The resulting configuration was two four-star hotels with more than 150 rooms, plus a tourist apartment building with services. They then entrusted us with the operator selection process. The total investment exceeded €50 million, which created more than 60 direct jobs, not counting temporary staff and suppliers.
