Advising on a deal for more than 30,000 m2 of residential buildings on 221,764 m2 of land with building permission. The project envisages 2,105 unsubsidised homes, general subsidised housing and price-controlled subsidised housing, 17,112 m2 of tertiary sector buildings, 25,919 m2 of commercial buildings and 3,500 m2 of hotel buildings 3 Capital was commissioned with the analysis, valuation, marketing and investor search. It represented the owner in the compensation board negotiations until a satisfactory agreement was reached that allowed the project to be developed.
