Based on two buildings from the early 20th century in the neighbourhood’s old centre, between party walls, with enclosed islands and façades facing the street and the inner courtyard, the reconstruction was planned for multi-family use with a single home per floor. An exterior garden and a terrace with a sunbathing area on the building’s roof were added.
